Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.
The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.
In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

# Site Rules
1. Attempt to hack, DDos, glitch, the site will be banned from our server, and may be followed up with legal action.
2. Phishing Staff, or users will receive a permanent ban.
3. Any attempt of causing any form of damage to the site will be banned from our server, and may be followed up with legal action.
4. Making multiple accounts will cause you to receive an infraction/ban and one of the accounts being banned.
5. Sharing accounts with anyone will result in a ban. If the account shared is with someone who has higher access then that person will have their rights removed for a week.
# Forum Rules
1. Any talk of illegal opperations(Downloading warez ect...) is not allowed
2. Multiple and or repeated replys in order to increase your post count or points is not allowed, will result in points removal, and a infraction.
3. Bumping old posts or 'necroposting' will result in a warning, should you continue and not heed the warning an infraction will be imposed upon the offending account.
4. Posting or Private messaging affiliate and or referral links or post anything asking for a referral. Will be subject to removal, and will also result in a infraction.
5. Posting offensive or discriminative material will result in an infraction and also if deemed by the staff a variable ban.
6. Phishing links and or Virus, Trojans, spyware or any other harmful material will result in an instant ban.
7. Requesting or posting warez shall not be tolerated and thus will result in a permanent or temporary ban depending on the context.
8. Thread titles should be in a legible format, clearly stating what the topic is about. Will result in a infraction.
9. Be respectful of other users and or staff at all times. Be Courteous when disagreeing with others users, it is possible to disagree without being insulting.
10. Please refrain from posting meaningless threads in-order to boost your post count, one word (or short) non-sense posts.
11. Spam should be reported via the report post and/or the topic link PMed to an admin or a moderator. Do not post saying 'do not spam' or an other such comments, we the staff will deal with the spam as we see fit.
12. Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum will receive a infraction.
13. Off-topic chat in any section other than the general chat section will be deemed as spam and an infraction will be applied to the offending account.
14. Members should post in a way which is consistent with "normal writing". Users should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, large, small or coloured text, repeating letters. Users should not SHOUT or use excessive punctuation (like !, ?) in topic titles or posts. Users consistently abusing this will be give and infraction.
15. Any posts deemed to be self promotion, advertising, or spam can and will be removed, with the user receiving an infraction. NO ADVERTISING
16. Posting of any content that can be deemed inapropriate to other members will be removed, this includes porn, death and gore.
17. Our Staff here are here to help you, and they do it for free, in their free time. Please respect them at all times, disrespecting them will be taken very seriously.
# ShoutBox Rules
1. Users should obey the rules for the forum at all times in the shoutbox.
2. If a user is abusing, spamming, flaming, hating, adversiting, or breaking any other of the forums rules private message a administrator or moderator.
3. Please use a readable font size in the shoutbox, do not post images, or use large text.
4. Linking to any other chatbox/shoutbox is not allowed.
# Avatar and Signature Rules
1. Must be setup in your Profile (User CP) , and not manually added to your messages.
2. May not contain any pricing, sales, product etc. details, linking to referral sites.
3. No URLs allowed like LOOK HERE - No tinyurls etc either, only exact, literal URLs.
4. No adverting sites or products, this is not a advertising spot.
5. Any signature or avatar that is offensive or insulting to either us, our members, or our staff, are prohibited.
6. We reserve the right to ask you to change and/or remove your signature or avatar at any time, for any reason.
7. Users breaking these rules will receive an infraction, and if continued a ban.
8. Excessively large signatures will be removed/edited.
